Rules: client must make weekly appointments, if you miss your appointment you have up 24 hours to visit the salon (if a slot is available) or you lose that appointment. No ROLL-OVER appointments available.
Question: What happens if I prepaid and decided I wanted a haircut on my appointment day?
Answer: On the day of service you will only pay $15 for the haircut, as you've prepaid for the shampoo.
Question: What happens if I need a relaxer while in the middle of my package?
Answer: On the day of service you will pay $35 for your relaxer service.
Question: What if I want to sew in a track on the day of service?
Answer: If you have a prepaid shampoo package you only pay $13 per track. Or $5 per track for bonding.
Question: When is it to late to enroll?
Answer: You have to enroll between the last week of the prior month and the end of the first week of the month of the Economy Bailout Package. For example: Enrollment begins between Jan.28-Feb.7.
